With the view of enhancing our motto "taking your needs to the right people", we have formed an extension to our facilities to meet the people. The Branch is formed to complement the increasing needs of all our clients as well as our agents. With the formation of this branch, training programme and facilities were centralised, allowing for better coordination between agents.
 
In furtherance to this, our agents will have bigger pool of associates to interact as well as exchange knowledge and experience. With an additional base, we would be able to serve our clients better.

THE TRAINING CENTRE
 
To enhance the professionalism of our real estate agents as well as to train new agents, Islandgate has formed its own training centre at the premises of the Branch One. Here, a comprehensive training packages has been formulated to achieve this goal.
 
For new agents, the basic course is divided into 7 modules inclusive of on-the-job training. At the end of this course, these agents will be awarded a certificate of completion of this course.
 
Following this, these new agents will be placed under guidance of experienced agents for their sales activities.
